Senior Product Manager

The Company

Our VC backed client is developing a protocol to revolutionize web3 infrastructure, making deployment secure, efficient, and simple while eliminating the complexities of traditional blockchain setups.

The Role:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and user needs to inform product direction.

• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams.

• User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product development to enhance user experience.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve the product continuously.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze data to make informed decisions about product enhancements and new features.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with product goals.

• Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry. Proven track record of managing and launching successful products.

• Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and cryptocurrency markets. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
