Our client is The Rollup Stack for Bitcoin. They are at the forefront of developing interoperable rollups secured by Bitcoin, with near-trustless rails for BTC and other Bitcoin-native assets. Role Overview:

As a Smart Contract Developer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts using Solidity. You will work on cutting-edge blockchain technology, focusing on EVM-compatible environments. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the rollups operate securely and efficiently while maintaining interoperability with Bitcoin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity 0.8.26.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart contracts with decentralized applications (dApps).

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and audits to ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the blockchain space, particularly related to EVM and Bitcoin.

• Optimize existing smart contracts for performance and scalability.

Location: Flexible (Preferred: Either side of the Atlantic; Global candidates considered)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Smart Contract Developer with a strong focus on EVM and Solidity.

• Deep understanding of blockchains, decentralized applications, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).

• Proficiency in Solidity 0.8.26.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on security and performance.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

• Prior experience in developing Bitcoin-native assets is a plus.
