About Our Client

Our client is building the future of crypto-enabled competitions and rewards. Their platform powers provably fair competitions, NFT-based prize pools, and next-gen loyalty mechanics for a global Web3 audience. They are expanding rapidly and are looking for a highly skilled Smart Contract Developer to own and evolve their on-chain infrastructure.

The Role

As Smart Contract Developer, you will design, build, and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts that underpin the competitions ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product, backend, and compliance teams to ensure that competition logic, prize distribution, reward pools, and token flows run trustlessly and transparently on-chain.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development

  • Design and deploy smart contracts for competition entry, prize distribution, staking, and NFT rewards.

  • Optimize for low gas costs and seamless user experience across multiple chains (Ethereum, L2s, Solana).

   

• Security & Auditing

   

  • Implement industry best practices for contract security.

  • Collaborate with external auditors and internal reviewers to safeguard contracts against exploits.

   

• Integration

   

  • Work with backend/frontend teams to integrate smart contracts with the platform.

  • Build APIs and event hooks for real-time prize updates and competition transparency.

   

• Innovation

   

  • Explore zk-proofs, randomness protocols (e.g., Chainlink VRF), and novel prize mechanics to enhance fairness.

  • Prototype new models for competitions, token rewards, and cross-chain interoperability.

   

Requirements

• Technical Skills

   

  • Strong proficiency in Solidity (experience with Rust for Solana/Sui is a plus).

  • Experience deploying production-grade smart contracts with significant TVL.

  • Knowledge of randomness protocols, staking systems, and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).

  • Familiarity with Hardhat/Foundry, Ethers.js, Web3.js, or equivalent tooling.

   

• Experience

   

  • 3+ years in blockchain development.

  • Previous work on gaming, lottery, DeFi, or NFT projects is highly desirable.

  • Track record of delivering audited, live contracts.
