With 16 years in the world of marketing and 10+ years in the blockchain industry, this is a leading firm that has helped incubate and work with top brands, raising over 550+ million dollars in the blockchain space. They are expanding our Accelerator program to multiple countries, starting with Dubai in 2024, and are seeking a talented Strategy & Operations Director to lead this venture.

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up, creating, and managing the Accelerator program operationally

2. Hiring and building a high-performing team to support the program

3. Developing and implementing process and program schemes for the Accelerator

4. Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing marketing and expansion efforts for portfolio projects

5. Scaling the Accelerator to new regions and establishing country franchises

6. Ensuring the development and maintenance of a clear process, product, website, and social media presence

7. Representing the client in industry events and conferences

8. Creating sales materials and leading business development efforts

9. Managing and leading the business development team to achieve success

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Equity value or revenue generated

2. Successful screening of quality projects and maintaining a strong pipeline

3. Establishing global branding and presence

4. Securing great deals and value for portfolio companies and undercutting the competition

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

2. 5+ years of experience in the startup accelerator industry (preferably some experience within the blockchain space)

3. A clear understanding of the accelerator process, steps, structure, and business model

4. Proven track record in setting up, creating, and managing accelerator programs

5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

7. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities

8. Willingness to travel and work in multiple countries as needed
