Blockchain Team Lead

We’re retained by a platform for digital token distribution. We believe that most digital token airdrops are not only too costly for crypto projects but also fail to fulfill their needs in terms of market awareness and community building. The offering will provide a secure and free token distribution service for both the recipients of the digital tokens and their issuers. Thanks to the proprietary technology, they will ensure that crypto projects have access to a community of individuals, not bots programmed to take advantage of similar programs. They ensure fair token distribution of crypto projects by requiring all users to undergo Know Your Customer verification before joining.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain efficient and secure development processes, ensuring the speed of development meets our goals without compromising on security

• Taking ownership of projects and managing them until conclusion.

• Review the technicals that underpin new assets and collaborate with the CTO on novel ways to integrate them into the platform.

• Communicate effectively with product managers, designing and implementing product features and with our DevOps team to configure full node software.

• Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring

• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in Blockchain development (Ethereum, Solidity)

• Experience in Cloud Technologies

• Expertise with Linux, Git, Continuous Integration, and Deployment

• Expertise with Truffle, Node.Js, JavaScript, Web3.Js, and React.

• Experience with Blockchain-related microservices and REST APIs

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience

• Proficient or familiar with wallet development, including: best practice and standards.

• Good understanding about security concern together efficiency and performance aware of the economical implication and able to feedback ideas or raise alerts

• Possesses exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset • Able to learn fast and focus on execution and problem-solving

• Motivated to progress internally with the goal of building his/her own team.

• Independent enough to make important technical decisions on their own.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience for a fast-paced exchange.

• Innate knowledge of multiple L2s ecoystems.
