Role description
The community growth and engagement has been astonishing. The vision for the future is even
more exciting, and it will be your responsibility to take the community on that journey.
You will achieve that through storytelling with design & language, by refining the branding,
developing the unique vocabulary, co-creating with the community, building a team of content
creators & designers and no doubt with many other inputs that you would bring from your
extensive experience.

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in creating a deep, genuine and long lasting culture around
its brand that will touch the worlds of many, both in the digital and physical
space. To help you in this quest, you will collaborate with its artist creator, its
marketing team, product team and community.

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the brand identity (including our own feel, language &
quirks, logo, font types, colors)
● Ensure brand identity flows.
● Develop brand narrative and bring community on the journey through visually
appealing digital and physical experiences
● Lead the strategy and execution of brand marketing campaigns
● Direct photo / video shoots
● Use community insights and data to inform brand strategy

Requirements:

● To be successful in this role, it is key to have a deep understanding and genuine passion
● Proven track record as Art / Brand Director for successful consumer facing brands
● High standards of integrity and honesty in everything you do
● Ability to communicate how proposed brand investments will lead to achieving
strategic goals
● Eager to learn and teach
● Community first approach, always
● Leadership skills to build and lead the branding team
● Self-motivated and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
● Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly when required
● Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Understanding / experience of Web3 and NFT technology is a big plus
