Our client is the world’s largest blockchain digital media platform, covering a wide range of news on blockchain technology, digital assets, and emerging fintech trends. The media platform has laid the foundation of a trusted brand that brings over 17 million monthly visitors. Beyond the media and advertising business, the company also operates a number of business lines including professional consulting, data subscription terminal, job board, industry event management, and marketplace; and we will incubates more new businesses as the industry evolves.

The company has 10 regional operations in the U.S., Japan, Italy, Turkey, South Korea,

Germany, Brazil, China, Spain, EMEA, and Latin America.

They are looking for a leader to join as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be

responsible for the overall growth of the company as a platform of multiple business lines, and is expected to hire and manage business leaders for different business lines. The CEO shall also set strategic priorities for the company and ensure a smooth communication with stakeholders (e.g, investors, strategic partners, employees).

Responsibilities:

Internal Management

• Set strategic priority for businesses to maintain the company’s status as a market leader
• Hire and manage leaders for each business line
• Launch new business in response to market opportunities
• Continuously grow the user base and revenue of the company

External Engagement

• Represent the company in public settings to advocate the brand and vision of the

company

• Manage relationships with investors and business partners
• Lead potential fundraising activities

Requirements

• 5 years+ team leadership experience in managing multiple business lines;
• Experience in managing large teams across business units as well as P&L responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with

global stakeholders;

• Experience in the digital media industry will be a strong advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge on Fintech/Blockchain industry will be an advantage
