Chief Executive Officer

Our Client is looking for a CEO in the Crypto space to help them grow into the dominant one stop shop for all Defi(decentralized finance) investment needs. The CEO will be tasked to execute our global vision and jointly developed sales strategy, lead Software Development, Marketing & Research teams as well as be responsible for attracting new top talent to the company.

Your Mission

• Identification of business strategy, through conducting an ongoing market analysis
• Responsibility over the entire budget with the goal to increase profitability and growth
• Developing industry partnerships & relationships in the crypto space
• Develop the company’s culture and overall vision
• Leading the team of developers, marketers and researchers
• Manage the day to day operation of the company
• Manage and facilitate a data sales strategy towards financial buy side (e.g. funds) as well as banks
• Help in recruiting of top notch talent especially developers and marketers
• Identify opportunities for the company to scale and execute them together with the team
• Act as the spokesperson of the company (e.g. on conferences and with partners)
• Stakeholder Management and Reporting towards Investors, Partners and Founders

Your Profile

• Extensive knowledge of the Crypto industry (Defi is a plus)
• Proven experience as startup CEO or other managerial position
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decision
• Ability to inspire and lead employees in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead a majority remote team
• Proven presentation and negotiation skills
• MA Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Computer Science
• A background in investment banking/finance industry is a plus
