Community Leader

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with our community by driving quality conversations on Discord & Twitter and at its offline events
• Supervise and train our team of moderators
• Implement policies and procedures to improve our community’s experience
• Publish content and announcements in line with our brand’s communication style
• Join our team to take part in Twitter Spaces and Discord AMA Sessions with the community
• Ensure community input and feedback informs our strategy setting, helps in resolving pain points and identifying opportunities
• Create a best in class approach to community engagement that can be scaled and that is unique with our own feel, language & quirks
• Develop tracking reports of community engagement KPIs/metrics and report results regularly

Requirements:

• Community Management experience at Web3/NFT project, a gaming company or a large community using Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Medium
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Genuine passion to engage in conversations with its global community
• Leadership skills to help manage its team of moderators
• High standards of integrity and honesty in everything you do
• Self-motivated and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt quickly when required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Understanding of Web3 and NFT technology
• Eager to learn and teach
