Community Manager
$60,000–$70,000 per year
Our client is a community driven decentralised crowdfunding platform that helps projects to raise a capital in a trustful, transparent and fully decentralized way. They are looking for someone with innovative skills, excellent communication skills and a global thinker to increase value and efficiency in our organization.
Responsibilities
• Communicating the roadmap, strategy and platform development regularly and clearly to the community
• Gathering community feedback and suggesting the improvements and new implementations
• Improving communication and collaboration with the community regarding all aspects
• Creating videos and other tutorial content on different proposals, implementations and educations material
• Managing various community initiatives programs
• Set policies and processes for the community
• Drive community engagement by establishing strategy and measurable goals
Required Skills
• Understanding of DAO structure
• Video editing
• Knowledge of Blockchain and crypto ecosystem
• Native English speaker and another language will be a plus
• Organizational and execution skills together with the strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
• Ability to quickly develop a meaningful perspective on internal and external issues
• Knowledge in online marketing and social media management
