About the role

• You will be a senior member of the team, reporting directly to the founders, running many important functions of the company.
• You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the business, including:
• Internal rhythm of business
• Business development
• Investor relations
• Finance operations
• Budgeting
• Business planning
• Quarterly review process
• General operations
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing a new “operating system” for the company. A set of rituals and processes to align our work to our objectives.
• You will be responsible for implementing together with our People Officer a performance management system
• You will be responsible for internal tools and systems supporting our operating mechanisms

 

About you

• You have over 5 years direct experience in senior top management positions, preferably in growth startups
• You have more than 5yrs experience in similar senior positions
• You are a productivity guru, and familiar with modern productivity tools such as Notion, Clickup and similar
• You are self-driven, and able to operate with high levels of self-motivation
• You are comfortable operating in almost 100% remote settings
• You have direct experience in working with high-growth tech-startups
• You have direct experience in implementing operational procedures to “get stuff done” effectively across large teams

• You have experience managing people
• You are a self-motivated senior leader
