CPO / Co-Founder

Our client is developing a product suite of infrastructure chains that are designed to work together and with each other. The original environment for building out this vision was PolkaDot. They are now looking to build it out in the Ethereum security domain. ZKsync technology is used throughout to secure the operation of the chains deriving security from the base layer Ethereum Mainnet.

Position: Chief Product Officer (CPO) / Co-Founder

Role Overview: The CPO / Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the company's product vision and strategy. They will drive the development of infrastructure chains and ensure that our products are at the cutting edge of blockchain technology, particularly within the Ethereum security domain using ZKsync technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and market opportunities in the blockchain space.
• Product Development: Lead the product and engineering teams in the design, development, and launch of innovative blockchain products and features.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product development and positioning.
• Cross-Chain Integration: Ensure the seamless integration and operation of infrastructure chains across different blockchain environments, with a focus on Ethereum and ZKsync technology.
• User Experience & Developer Relations: Prioritize user experience in product design, and maintain strong relationships with the developer community to gather insights and feedback.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• Collaboration with CEO: Work closely with the CEO/Co-Founder to align product development with business strategies and operational objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and technical challenges in product development and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management and leadership, specifically in blockchain, web3, or related technology sectors.
• Deep expertise in blockchain technology, Ethereum security, ZKsync technology, and cross-chain functionality.
• Strong track record of successful product strategy formulation and execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Innovative and strategic thinking with a focus on execution and delivery.
