CTO Chief Technical Officer

Our client is a rapidly growing Web3 marketing infrastructure startup in Barcelona, leveraging blockchain and decentralized tech to transform the marketing industry.

Job Summary: Seeking a visionary CTO to lead the tech strategy, drive innovation, and build a robust infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine marketing in the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive tech strategy.
2. Collaborate on product development and roadmap.
3. Design scalable, secure, and decentralized infrastructure.
4. Build and mentor an innovative engineering team.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and data science teams.
6. Implement security measures and ensure compliance.
7. Manage partnerships with external tech vendors.

Requirements:

1. Technical leadership experience in Web3, crypto, blockchain startups.
2. Strong knowledge of blockchain and Web3 technologies
3. Adtech experience and knowledge is of advantage
4. Track record of delivering complex projects.
5. Experience with cloud platforms and programming languages.
6. Familiarity with marketing tech is a plus.
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
8. Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
9. Bachelor's/Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
