Our client is building the search infrastructure for web3. By creating a comprehensive cross-blockchain search engine, it is powering both developer tools and consumer-facing exploration.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define tech roadmap, head management of engineering department
  • Research and help develop initial blockchain IP and search components
  • Hire and grow dev team to match the product and company goals

Capabilities

  • 5+ years of strong algorithmic background, preferably search-related experience
    • Elastic search/ full-text search algorithms and approaches
    • Distributed computing
    • Machine Learning development. Specifically NLP and Transformer-based language models
  • Hands-on experience with web3, blockchain development
    • Ideally familiarity with the Ethereum chain, Solidity, The Graph, Solana
  • Extensive experience with Python, Cloud infrastructure, MongoDB, Postgres
  • MSc Computers Science or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English
  • Self-learner, problem solver, curious who loves to get things done
