Growth Manager (Europe)

One of the hottest startups in the blockchain and crypto space is changing how we experience real-world events into collectables by combining a prediction market with an NFT marketplace. Thus making them the first (and only) NFT Prediction Market that connects virtual and physical worlds!

What Role Will Entail:

You will have full access to product data, users data, and marketing data. You will be working closely with our Community Manager, Events Manager, and the product development team. Also, you will be able to outsource content creation to a marketing agency. In the future, we have plans of expanding the marketing department.

Your job will be to analyze user patterns and come up with growth initiatives to increase active users:

• Acquisition: bring more users to our Discord community.
• Conversion: nudge our community to try our platform by making their first rental.
• Retention: turn the first time users into active users.

The number of new Discord members, new renters, and active users will be KPIs to measure your growth plan’s progress.

Requirements:

• A very high degree of familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and other projects within the space, in particular the NFT space.
• Ability to analyze user behavior data accurately.
• A deep understanding of various user acquisition channels, e.g., search engine results, paid ads, email referrals, organic traffic, social media referrals, etc.
• Tech-savvy.
• Experience in leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve a shared objective.
• Have a background in online marketing, statistics, and funnel building.
• Ability to make initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.

You are going to work on a flexible schedule. Typically team meetings happen between 8:00-13:00 UTC timezone, availability during these hours is desirable.
