Head of Growth

Our client is seeking a Head of Growth to join its exceptional team. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing a growth strategy that generates mass awareness, values throughout web3. Community growth will be critical to deliver on our vision for a more equitable, transparent and collaborative future.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives mass awareness and exponential growth of the community
• Ensure community growth is aligned with the use cases of the protocol and what we want to achieve in web3 more broadly
• Identify growth opportunities and key market segments for actors
• Work closely with our Creative Director, and other members of the family, to maximise the amplification of our values and movement more broadly across web3
• Use data and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies
• Own the execution of our growth strategies; this will include everything from strategy creation to execution across social media, content, PR, paid, gorilla etc.
• In the medium-term, build out a growth team to support our growth objectives

The minimum qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth or a similar role
• Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels
• Experience with social media, content, and PR strategies
• Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop expertise in the space
• Self-motivated and adaptable with high standards of excellence
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Qualifications that make your application stronger

• Experience in growing a Web3 or DeFi product
• Deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of finance, particularly derivatives (interest rate markets)
