Head of Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Strategy: Set marketing strategy across channels and target audiences, 
with input from the lead team. Build user journeys and personas to inform strategy.
• Leadership: Build relationships with other projects and organisations in the 
industry, being an influential voice for the project. Also serve as a passionate and 
inspirational leader within the organisation.
• Community Building: Work with the Head of Community to expand and engage 
the community and grow into new geographies. 
• Viral Growth: we aim to continue our viral growth through the expansion of the 
crypto community.
• Messaging: Continuously build and improve messaging through community 
feedback and market research
• Social Media Strategy: Oversee social media strategy and execution across all 
channels.
• PR and Agency Management: Manage the relationship and strategy with any 
external marketing or PR agencies that may engage
 

Good-to-haves
• Product Marketing: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to effectively launch new services, features, campaigns to improve the product experience and education.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development discussions and sales calls to win key leads from new projects or existing projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+/5+ years of marketing experience
• Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner that requires very little oversight
• Must be a pleasure to work with, flexible, and easy-going
• Self-motivated and capable of setting goals and seeing projects through to completion
• You have launched or driven successful projects, initiatives, and have experience within ambassador programs
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• You have strong personal organization and project management abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, tell stories, and relate to others in both written and verbal forms
• Native or Fluent English
• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
• You want to change people’s lives for the better and break traditional norms
