Head of Rewards

Our client is a a well-known fitness app as well as a major brand in the web3 space.

Responsibilities:

• Optimisation: create a framework for testing and optimising Rewards such that the feature 
is continuously improving. This will involve working multiple internal teams, including data, 
product and marketing teams.
• Product innovation: work with our product team to add new features. 


Requirements:

• Experience of working in a client facing role for a crypto company.
• Experience of successfully using data to improve results.
• You live and breathe crypto.
• Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner that requires very little oversight
