Product Lead

Time-zone preference: Asia, Oceania, Europe

Your responsibilities

Propose new products and features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines

Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched

Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions

Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience

2+ years of crypto/defi experience

Experience leading a team of product and UX designers

Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines

Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long term and short team goals

Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross cultural work environment

Hands on, results driven, open minded and low ego
