Rust Cosmwasm Developer

Our client is looking for an experienced Smart Contract developer with a deep
understanding of Cosmwasm and a strong passion for DeFi to play a critical role in building out
new and exciting products. This team member will be responsible for co-developing Rust-based
smart contracts with a team in a quick-paced, prototype to ship pipeline. They’re looking for someone who is able to work well autonomously and in a remote setting. The
ideal candidate is also a good communicator and able to execute work in an organized and
timely manner. This position is primarily remote (fully globally distributed team) with in person meetings a few times per year.

Required Skills:
1. Significant professional experience writing Rust (3+ years)
2. 2+ years of experience developing with Cosmwasm
3. Experience with p2p networking, fault tolerant consensus protocols, blockchain
application development, or other related technologies.
4. Deep understanding of DeFi
5. At least 3 years developing, releasing, and maintaining production software.
6. The ability to take ownership and see initiatives through.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with distributed teams, and enjoys
working with and mentoring others.
8. Commitment to product quality, user experience, and well-structured code.
9. Flexible, collaborative, and supportive working style
10. Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and high quality code and experience with unit
and end to end testing frameworks
