Senior Fullstack Developer

Our client is a research-driven firm dedicated to advancing the understanding and development of the growing crypto market. Its team is changing the landscape of crypto top projects in the space such as Aave, Axie Infinity, Compound, Thorchain, Synthetix, and many more to model, optimize and redesign their crypto-economics.

Job Description

Our client are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to work alongside the core engineering team in helping them deliver the best possible results. The end users of the applications include both internal stakeholders as well as external clients. You'll be working with other developers on architecture, integration, and maintenance of the applications, and have the unique opportunity to contribute to product development and system scalability.

If you are not technically familiar with blockchain based projects that is not a problem. However, some knowledge of at least what Ethereum is would be useful.

Location: Remotely (preferably within North American time zones)

Job Responsibilities

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code

Perform code reviews and mentor other developers

Execute full development life cycle

Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

Basic Qualifications

English language proficiency

5+ years of professional experience in software development

You have a desire to learn and share new practices

Solid experience with Vue.js (Nuxt), Node.js, Git and GraphQL

Good understanding of APIs, REST & JSON

Preferred Qualifications

Able to manage your own work and collaborate via JIRA

Experience with system architecture

Experience leading a software development team

Experience with Python

Experience with Postgresql

Experience with Google Cloud Solution or another cloud provider
