Senior Software Engineering Manager

To achieve this, this platform will provide an innovative yet simple solution that bridges the gap between traditional and decentralized finance. Launched in February 2021, they have gained more than 55k users with managed assets to close to $500 million. With many exciting new developments either planned or in process, they’re seeking an experienced and capable software engineer to assume a leadership role in the software develop team and drive the continuous iteration and deployment of new products.

The role:

• A leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, you will oversee the existing software

development team setting clear direction and enabling alignment on strategy and business

objectives to drive product development.

• You will take a lead role in the ideation of new concepts ultimately taking responsibility for

delivering products to market.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry with a leading exchange and a passion for developing market leading products.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in software / product development with at least 3 years in a

leadership position.

• Excellent technical skills and inherent knowledge of web (React / Node JS) and mobile app

development.

• Prior experience of developing highly capable software engineering / product development teams within a high-growth startup environment.
• Highly resourceful with a strong business acumen.
• Willing and able to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
