Technical Project Manager

The incumbent must be able to think out of the box and capable of turning
client requirements for Blockchain-based products into sound and
strategized solutions and must be able to lead a development team in
execution of the Blockchain based products.

Job Description

Identify and target potential customers with high growth potential in key industry

• Assisting clients in turning their requirements into architected solutions through the development of Blockchain-powered applications
• Forging and maintaining strong relationship with clients across all sectors and industries
• Lead the team to formulate and evaluate the business proposal and risks, propose sound technology solutions
• Design and implement Solutions for Blockchain Framework, Cryptocurrency, NFT Marketplace, and Messaging Systems
• Leading and contributing to the Company’s development of key technological innovations
• Mentoring and supervision of the Blockchain team 
• Able to provide meaningful analysis and make appropriate
  recommendations
• Assess and recommend changes to meet business needs

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing blockchain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web application & software
development
- Experience working with large codebases
- Experience working with open-source projects
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript -
Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Familiarity with cryptography & P2P networks would be a plus point
- Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
- Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe
multithreaded code   Tech Stacks:
