Treasury Manager

Our client is mission-focused profitable B2C business with more than 100 million registered users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership: Determine overall treasury management strategy and ownership of all treasury balances for the Foundation
• Strategy: Strategic advise and ownership of how we manage our treasury short and long term
• Ownership: Be the owner of our strategy, and be bold in making decisions on how we structure our currency portfolio
• Commercial: Managing currency exposure and exchange rate risks, with risk and scenario planning
• Commercial: Cash flow forecasting and optimizing liquidity and cash management
• Team: Create and implement company-wide policies, procedures and standard agreements
• Management: Build and lead a world-class treasury team in the nascent crypto industry

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in managing a large scale financial treasury for a crypto project
• Experience in a top tier crypto project as the number one or two in treasury
• A quick thinker with a commercial head who can ensure we operate with speed
• Clear thinking and judgment, who can support the exec team in making decisions
• A founder-mentality - the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
